Customer Service: eBay Order Details Link — View on eBay or 3Dsellers
Providing excellent customer service to your eBay buyers is one of the most important parts of being an eBay seller. To make the process easier, our Customer Service tool includes a details panel with all the order and buyer information in every conversation.
Sometimes, you may want to view the order on eBay instead of 3Dsellers. So we’ve made a small change to help you get the info that you need fast!
Do you want to view the order on eBay or 3Dsellers?
When conversating with a buyer (or managing an eBay case)
- Click the Order ID to show the order in 3Dsellers
- or click the External Link icon to open the order on eBay:
eBay Feedback Reminder: “Resend Reminders” button
Our eBay Feedback Reminder is one of our most popular eBay selling tools, and for good reason. Each reminder that is sent to your buyers, encouraging them to leave eBay feedback, is an opportunity to boost your eBay seller status! So we have updated this tool with a Resend Reminders button. 😀
When should you use the Resend Reminders button?
If your eBay access token expires you can use the new Resend Reminders button to send any messages that were missed!
eBay Listings Manager: Refresh Table Button
Our eBay Listings Manager provides your business a plethora of bulk editing and CSV features that can save countless hours when managing your eBay items. When making custom changes with CSV, sometimes values in your listings table may need to be refreshed.
Now you can refresh your 3Dsellers listings table
If for any reason you don’t see a value updated, click the new Refresh Table button to update any values that have changed.
